Getting started
How can I start exercising?
Try our beginner sessions - they’re the perfect way to ease in to exercise. As you grow more comfortable, you can gradually increase your activity level to intermediate or advanced.
Missions are also a great way to keep your memento going. We’ll send you a fresh video each day, keeping your routine varied and engaging.
Each video includes adaptations, so if a movement feels too challenging, simply wait for the next movement during the session.
Listen to your body and move at your own pace.
Heroes Strive activities are designed to help you feel good - never to push you beyond your limits.
How can I stay safe when exercising?
Warm-ups and cool-downs are essential: They prepare your body and aid recovery.
Hydration matters: Keep water handy so your body can perform at its best.
Wear the right gear: Like comfortable clothing and proper footwear. This also reduces injury risk.
Listen to your body: If you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop and rest.
Injury awareness: Avoid working injured areas and ease back in with light resistance.
Worried about injury? Start with low-impact or seated exercises and always prioritise warm-ups and cool-downs.
You’ll build a strong, safe and sustainable fitness routine with these basic rules.
